The Circulatory System is responsible for transporting materials throughout the entire body.
It transports nutrients, water, and oxygen to your billions of body cells and carries away wastes such as carbon dioxide that body cells produce.

The primary function of the Respiratory System is to supply the blood with oxygen in order for the blood to deliver oxygen to all parts of the body. The Respiratory System does this through breathing. The Respiratory System is the system in the human body that enables us to breathe.

How to take care of our Circulatory System
- avoid smoking and drinking alcohol
- check blood pressure regularly
- take enough rest
- eat balance diet [Eat healthy foods. They will keep your circulatory system healthy. Iron-rich foods like beans, whole-grain breads and cereals, red meat, & green vegetables are good for your blood. Try to avoid fatty foods, especially fried foods and foods that contain a type of fat called trans fat.]
- avoid unnecessary tension and worries
- exercise regularly [make sure that you are getting plenty of exercise. When you exercise, you heart beats faster. This makes your heart stronger.Exercise also helps to keep your blood vessels working properly.]
How to take care/protect of your Respiratory System
- do not smoke!
- avoid secondhand smoke
- avoid exposure to air pollution
- do not contribute to air pollution
- maintain clean, dust-free surroundings
- get regular exercise
- do respiratory therapy
- get extra medication and a healthy diet
